In July, it announced a $3.8bn deal to buy US nutritional supplements maker NBTY.Leveraged buyouts shrank during the credit crisis, but a recovery in financial markets has led to a resurgence in dealmaking.Syniverse specialises in technology that supports wireless carriers and Internet providers’ roaming and messaging services. last_img read more
